Psychological contract is the subjective understanding of mutual obligations based onvarious forms of commitment, which is the implicit expectations between the enterprise andthe staff. Psychological contract potentially affects the relation between enterprise andemployee, especially for staff turnover intention. Although there are a lot of reasons for theoutflow, psychological contract is an important one. Therefore, it is very necessary to studythe relationship between psychological contract and employee’s turnover intention.This paper is on the basis of the psychological contract theory, using literature researchmethod, comparative analysis method, questionnaire survey method and empirical analysismethod to analyze the relationship between the violation of psychological contract andturnover intention. This research investigates Xi’an employees with the questionnaire, whichanalyzes the useful data of recycling questionnaire, combining with SPSS software. The testtables have good reliability and validity, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test. Thispaper gets the factor scores of employee’s psychological contract violation, enterprise’spsychological contract violation and employee’s turnover intention through the factor analysismethod. The research uses the independent samples T test to verify the relationship betweenthe gender and the psychological contract violation of employees, and to verify therelationship between the nature of enterprises and the psychological contract violation ofenterprise. The study uses correlation analysis to test the relationship between psychologicalcontract violation and employee turnover intention. This study concludes that: there is noremarkable correlativity between the gender of employee and psychological contractviolation of employees; there is significant correlation between the nature of enterprise andpsychological contract violation of enterprise; the violation of psychological contract has ansignificant impact on staff turnover intention. Finally, author puts forward the correspondingsuggestions: enterprises should construct reasonable psychological contract with employees,manage the employee in psychological contract dynamically, improve the fulfillment processof psychological contract, carry out the psychological contract remedy actively.
