Knowledge workers' psychological contract violation and breach,job involvement and turnover intention exist in most enterprises objectively.Psychological contract as an invisible link between enterprises and employees,maintaining a good contractual relationship is conducive to the common development of the organization and its employees.When the psychological contract between the organization and the employees is broken,the invisible bond is no different from a scar or even a break.In this case,whether the knowledge-based employees who are mainly engaged in mental work will send out tendentious signals,change job involvement or even produce turnover intention,the cost consumption caused by the organization and the negative impact caused by this need to be considered by the managers.Based on the theoretical research results of the breach and breach of existing psychological contract,work input and turnover intention,and referring to the possible causes and results of the changes of key elements,this paper analyzes the internal relationship and deep-seated relationship between the elements.Select the relatively mature international scale,select the target group that conforms to the knowledge-based employees,select 142 effective questionnaires through questionnaire survey,carry out statistical analysis through spss20.0,and use regression analysis and other methods to repeatedly verify the relationship between the various elements.The results show that the psychological contract breach and breach of knowledge workers are negatively correlated with work input,the work input of knowledge workers is negatively correlated with turnover intention,and the psychological contract breach and breach of knowledge workers are positively correlated with turnover intention.At the same time,the work input of knowledge workers plays an intermediary role between psychological contract breach and breach and turnover intention.To a certain extent,the study reveals the impact of psychological contract breach and breach on turnover intention of knowledge workers,and confirms the intermediary role of job involvement between them.It enlightens managers to pay attention to the impact of psychological contract violation and breach,pay attention to staff work input and reduce brain drain,so as to improve management maturity and seek common development of organizations and knowledge-based employees.
