A Comparative Study On The Market Model Of China 's Free Trade Area

The systematic researches about China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone(hereinafter referred to as the "Shanghai free trade zone"),which emphasize the government management model of the market, are rare.In a large number of literatures about the traditional government management model in our country and government management model of the Hong Kong freeport of market,there is almost no link between the two, respectively compared with the government management model of the Shanghai free trade zone of market.This paper takes Shanghai free trade zone government management model of market as the object of study, compare with Hongkong,the example of the traditional government management model in our country and the government management model under the condition of market economy, and draw the conclusion:compared with the traditional government management model in China, Shanghai free trade zone according to the new liberalism theory and international trade rules and practices, have reconstructed on the relationship between the government and the market,made a apparent breakthrough in foreign investment management system, market access and public service function.And because of the different degree of development of market economy system, Shanghai free trade zone is different from the Hong Kong government management model in the government intervention, market access regulation and financial regulation. Some of these differences are gaps needed to be improved, and some are breakthroughes of the Hong Kong modell under the principle of drawing the advantages and avoiding disadvantages.The article mainly divides into five parts:The first part, introduction. This part respectively comb the research literatures about free trade zone in Shanghai, China’s traditional government management model,as well as Hong Kong freeport at home and abroad, summarize the limitations of the exsiting research: firstly, the lack of the perspective of comparative study. Comparative study is an important research Angle of view, through comparative study we can more clearly understand the advantages and problems of government management model of Shanghai free trade zone. Secondly, the lack of integrity of research. Since its establishment, Shanghai free trade zone have a lot of innovation in the management model, the study in view of system is relatively more, but study on the whole is relatively rare.
