Considering the wireless network optimization work has a very typical feature of project, we use the theory of modern project management and research method to get the expected good results. Research on quality management of the project is based on the Zhengzhou Unicorn’s wireless network optimization project as an example, from the basic concept of network optimization is to optimize the quality management of the project planning, control and improvement of several stages with and puts forward the method of network optimization project management. According to the theory and method of project quality management, analysis and classification of the quality of wireless network optimization problems, put forward the key issues affecting the quality of the wireless network optimization project.
