With the increase of residents' income and health-care consciousness,as well as the growing population of aging and sub-health,health care products market in China has been developing rapidly recently.It is the tremendous market consumption capacity of health care products in China that attracts numerous manufacture enterprises.However,shoddy products,adding non-food substances and false propaganda are disturbing the market.Health-care products manufacturers can't establish in an unassailable position in the market competition unless maintaining product quality stability.Based on the theory of total quality management,this paper aims at improving competitiveness through optimizing the quality management system,after-sales service and cost savings through the control of production quality,key points,equipment and quality cost.FirstIy,this paper expounds the study scope,as well as the background and significance of domestic and foreign academic research,based on which,it works out the research idea and method.Secondly,this paper researches on the internal and external environment of LS company,analyzing the problems and reasons on the basis of the actual investigation,which establishes foundation for the optimization scheme.Thirdly,the paper puts forward the basic principles and ideas to optimize the production quality process of LS company and determines the system optimization scheme and safeguard measures.Lastly,this paper evaluates the effect from the perspective of empirical through comparing data before and after optimization,expecting that it would provide constructive suggestions for the quality management system optimization in health care products producing of LS company.
