Under the background of new economic normality, the growth of China’s real estate market developed from the past rapid growth into the medium growth period of "adjusting structure and reducing inventory", and the state’s control of the housing market will rely more on the market. As the speeding up of urbanization and upgrading of economy transformation of taizhou, real estate developers will usher in more opportunities and will face more challenges. As a result, developers must analyze the project development feasibility study in-depth before development of the project. This paper applies the theory and research method of feasibility study to analyze the feasibility study of taizhou YA real estate project, providing reference for the investor of this project.Analysis of this paper is divided into six major parts:the first part is the introduction, covering the background, significance of the subject selection, domestic and foreign research status, and the main research contents in this paper. The second part is the related theories review, covering the concept, significance of project feasibility study and the steps and content of project feasibility study. The third part introduces the overview of taizhou YA real estate projects and the market analysis. On the basis of brief introduction of the project, this paper analyzes the market environment, market positioning and marketing strategy on detail. The fourth part introduces the overall planning and technological schemes of development. The fifth part is the financial evaluation of the project, including the scientific estimation to the project investment, the reasonable planning of project financing source, and financial evaluation of the project’s investment returns by the static and dynamic profitability analysis indicators. The sixth part mainly analyzes the project’s uncertainty by using the method of break-even point analysis and sensitivity analysis and the risk factors and control measures in the project. The last part is the main conclusions of this paper. This paper draws the conclusion:the project has good economic and social benefits and the feasibility of the project’s development is strong, through a series of economic and technical index.
