After twenty years' development, the real estate industry has become a pillar of economic growth and boosted China's prosperity. The real estate industry, however, depends on larger-scale investment, longer construction period and is vulnerable to policies and regulations and economic conditions, consumer psychology, and many uncertainties. Once the investment fails, it will not deduce waste of resources, but also give companies and investors with huge losses.The real estate development project feasibility study is a progress to use project management, marketing, financial evaluation and other disciplines of knowledge by employing the feasibility studies, analysis, computation and program selection, from a market feasibility, financial feasibility assessment, engineering and technical feasibility aspects of argumentation. Therefore, real estate development project feasibility study provides investors with an investment of scientific and accurate basis to ensure the project proceeds and investment success.This thesis consists of six parts:the first part is introduction of this paper, including background and significance and current status of domestic and foreign research consequences and methodologies; second part introduces the real estate development project in the feasibility study applying the fundamental theory; third part devotes to the ZZ real estate development projects predicting estate average selling prices, from both macro-level and micro-level market analysis and SWOT analysis for the project. The fourth part introduces the development of real estate development projects ZZ programs and projects for the real estate investment and sales forecasting analysis. The fifth part is a number of economic cost-benefit computations for the project, and includes uncertainty analysis. Finally, conclusions are drawn and future research recommendations are suggested in the sixth part.
