In recent years Corporate Social Responsibility has aroused an unprecedentedly high level of attention. Each big event, such as the migrant workers’ unpaid wages, food safety, Tianjin chemical warehouse, can cause the debate on Corporate Social Responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility can be called "The Mechanism of Signal Transduction",it can deliver the management status of our enterprise and maintain the relationship between the enterprise and stakeholders. So enterprises can make full use of Corporate Social Responsibility, in order to realize the sustainable development. Disclosing corporate social responsibility information can increase the information transparency, so CPA can make full use of information to reduce the audit risks in the process. With the reduction of audit risks, finally, that will do influence on audit fee. In this paper, I want to prove whether the disclosure of social responsibility can impact on audit fees.Based on the A-share manufacturing listed companies in 2014. If there is a relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and audit fee. In the study, we also consider the relations under different equity. The results of the empirical analysis show that the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility will significantly reduce audit fees,and the relationship is more significant in the state-owned enterprises and large-scale enterprises. The conclusion of this paper is helpful for certified public accountants from the perspective of corporate social responsibility to evaluate audit risk. Meanwhile it can also encourage enterprises to issue the report of Corporate Social Responsibility, and it has the certain enlightenment significance for our government departments to perfect the related system of Corporate Social Responsibility.
