Enterprises do not exist alone. Shareholders and creditors provide capital for enterprises to maintain business operations; suppliers and customers are the upstream and downstream for production and sales activities; enterprises pay taxes to the state on time, and promote the growth and development of staff; in addition, corporate earnings can not be on the cost of environmental pollution, and enterprises should increase environmental protection efforts; to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, they should continue to research and develop new technology. Therefore, the modern enterprises should maintain good relations with all stakeholders, commit to social responsibility actively, to create new situations.For enterprises, the most concerned problem is: whether commit to social responsibility will enhance corporate value. Therefore, this thesis chooses 2012--2014 financial data and financial indicators of A-share market companies, using of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods to study the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate values; In addition, for the nature of property rights of the value of the relationship between the different corporate social responsibility and business implications, the nature of ownership property as the moderator, explores the adjusting effects of the ownership property between corporate social responsibility and corporate value.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) enterprises taking shareholders, creditors, government, employees and technical innovation responsibilities have positive impacts on corporate value; customer and environment sustainable development bring negative effect to corporate value; the relations between corporate commitment to suppliers and corporate value is not significant.(2) Ownership on shareholder responsibility, customer responsibility, government responsibility, employee responsibility, environmental sustainability responsibility, technology innovation relationship Responsibility and Corporate Value has moderating effect; compared to state-owned enterprises, private enterprises take responsibility for the shareholders, government responsibility, employees responsibility, technological innovation enhance greater corporate values; and state-owned enterprises take responsibility for customer responsibility and environmental sustainability have much more negative impact on the corporate value. Finally, this thesis propose strategies to urge enterprises to actively take social responsibility from the business, government, the public aspects, in order to promote the state-owned enterprises and private enterprises work together to promote business, social, economic and environmental sustainability.
