As the rapid development of our economy,a series of corporate social responsibility issues emerge,corporate social responsibility not only in the world pay more and more attention,at the same time in the domestic social and academic research in concern.In the business development process,R&D investment has become the self upgrade,and constantly improve the important strategic the decision of core competitiveness.Therefore,this paper is based on the Chinese institutional background,focusing on the influence of corporate social responsibility on R&D investment company,and on the basis of further research on the nature of equity difference affects the development level of industry and area of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and investment in research and development.This paper base In the empirical accounting research,select the 2011-2015 in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares of listed companies and gem and SME Board companies,through the empirical analysis,obtained after the performance of corporate social responsibility can significantly increase R&D investment company's conclusion.Further,considering the ownership system of our country characteristic,this article from the perspective of the nature of equity,compared with non in state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises,social responsibility will have a more positive impact on R&D investment.In addition,taking into account the factors of regional market development level difference,this study found that different market level of enterprises under the corporate social responsibility performance of the R&D investment At the same time,the market in a high level of CSR on R&D investment influence is bigger.Then,this paper introduces the case of HUAWEI group,through case study,its influence on R&D investment from micro perspective of corporate social responsibility responsibility.Finally,based on the research results are summarized,and put forward policy suggestions in recent years.To separate the social responsibility for domestic academic research,R&D investment are very much,but pays little attention to the relationship between the two,and most of them focused on R&D investment influence on social responsibility,rarely concern the latter for the role of the former,this article is based on China's basic national conditions,combined with the The socialist economic system of our country,the impact of corporate social responsibility of Listed Companies in R&D investment in our country,to promote the enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities,increase investment in research and development,and constantly improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the healthy development of China's capital market is of great significance to promote.
