Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Chinese Agricultural Listed Companies Based On DEA And Malmquist Index

Agriculture is the pillar industry of the national economy, agriculture whether can be great good development is our country national economy and people’s livelihood. The operation of the market economy that characterized by the modern enterprise system is an important means of developing modern agriculture which is under the socialist market economic system. Compared with general enterprises, listed companies have advanced governance structure, transparent financial system equipment and excellent assets. Therefore, agricultural listed companies represent the most advanced agricultural productivity at present. Vigorously promote and support the development of agricultural listed companies in our country, not only can promote the industrialization of agricultural management in our country and agricultural industrial structure adjustment, but also can improve the quality of agricultural products and agricultural management benefit, promote our country agriculture in international competitiveness. That to speed up the agriculture modernization and the comprehensive development of rural well-off society has the extremely vital significance.This study puts forward the construction of the performance evaluation theory system of Agricultural listed companies based on Literature analysis. Firstly, using the DEA-Malmquist method to give the static and dynamic evaluation analysis on financial performance indicators of the sample company; Secondly, in order to give the further analysis to financial performance of Samples on technical efficiency and scale efficiency, using Matlab program to give the fit goodness analysis on the relation on technical efficiency and scale efficiency and the comprehensive efficiency; Lastly, putting forward some countermeasures to improve the performance of Agricultural listed companies based on the evaluation results analysis.
