With the improvement of people’s living level and health awareness, China’s current share of per capita health expenditure in consumer spending in the proportion is more and more, which on the one hand pull the overall demand for the pharmaceutical market in our country. At the same time, the growth of population and the aging, the per capita level of medication to improve the long-term favorable factors also greatly stimulated the development of economy of industry of our country medicine. Speaking from the national level, since the reform and opening up gradually advancing reform of the medical system, for the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry brought new opportunities for development. Reform of the transfer of the international market,pharmaceutical and circulation, basic medical security system gradually cover,production technology gradually improve are greatly promote the rapid rise of China’s small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises.At the present, China’s pharmaceutical industry is concerned, although the rapid development, but its development problems of the unreasonable structure of the. Number of existing pharmaceutical enterprises in our country a lot, but overall economies of scale is not obvious. Relatively large pharmaceutical production enterprises, a number that is, we often say that the "brand name" accounts for a small proportion of overall, a greater number of is small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise, and small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise development in the performance of the main problems: research, innovation ability is weak, some conventional treatment is mainly imitate foreign or larger pharmaceutical enterprise production technology; anti risk ability is poor; brand marketing strategy is not mature enough.In this study, the first chapter by reviewing the development of medicine industry in China and put forward the main problems of this study; the second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis of this study(i.e. the basic view of school system in organizational sociology principle and main concepts) and case research object description; the third chapter from the two aspects of the institutional environment and technology the environment describes the analysis of the current development situation of YR medicine, and introduced the enterprise how to use their own resources to clever for their efforts to get rid of the system predicament; the fourth chapter mainly introduces the structure of YR Medicine, and the enterprises in order to better manage, make the enterprise toward a better place to make development hard.
