Analysis On The Index System Of Social Stability Risk Assessment Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

The China’s economy is at a rapid development, the factors of social instability are constantly accumulated at the same time.Effective prevention, control and assessment of the major issues of social stability risk prevention, control and assessment, both for the government’s ruling capacity of the test, but also related to the social responsibility of the research scholars.Although the country began to actively carry out social stability risk assessment mechanism in national policy encouragement,there are still a lack of theoretical foundation, the main obstacle to understanding, responsibility is difficult the lack of maneuverability, and evaluation system lack of authority and scientific, so the establishment of the risk assessment index system of social stability of major things is an important issue to maintain the social stability of our country.Because the number of social stability risk factors involved in the assessment, this paper introduces analysis-AHP-to study the relationship between the weight of social stability risk factors,avoids the subjectivity and inaccurate result in previous research method,the prediction results of serious lack of scientific analysis and other shortcomings,to ensure the index system in social stability risk the evaluation work have practical. Social stability risk of major issues is a major issue facing our country in the process of reform and development, establish and improve the major issues of social stability risk assessment system for construction projects in the risk prevention for reference can make scientific decision, to carry out scientific and reasonable social stability risk assessment and the prevention and elimination of social instability, have far-reaching significance to resolve social conflicts and so on.This paper mainly uses the literature research methods, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, quantitative based, expert survey method, and case analysis, introduces the domestic and foreign major issues of social stability risk assessment research status and the definition of major projects the major project construction and social stability risk assessment concept.By summarizing the research results at home and abroad, the risk factors in major projects are determined, and the social stability risk assessment index system of major projects is established by the introduction of analytic hierarchy process.This paper in Pengzhou Petrochemical Project and Shifang Petrochemical Project as examples, combined with actual circumstances of the case obtained the weight of each index, and suggests the measures for operation according to the calculation results of the construction project caused by social stability risk, provide theoretical guidance for how to play the positive role of the risk mechanism.
