A Study On The Ways Of Cultivating New Farmers In The Process Of Agricultural Modernization In Southwest China

Problem of farmers is the fundamental issue that Marx and Engels concerned all their life, it is also a major issue of Marxist social development theory. Among the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area, people’s initiative is the strongest so that the potential of "new farmers" is the largest and most valuable. In a word, the key of agricultural modernization is realizing farmers modernize, and Chinese "new farmers" who will create miracle one by one and adding unlimited power to Chinese economic development. At present, the educational level of our country’s rural, especially the farmers in frontier ethnic is generally low, way of thinking relative to a single and mode of production is still rough type, so it is difficult to break through the geographical factor and land environment and well understood modernization advantages and the inevitable trendof agriculture, let alone using "Internet plus" to make innovation in agriculture.Therefore, we must develop the rural science and education vigorously, improve the science and culture quality of Chinese farmers and liberate people’s productivity. On the one hand, we must continue to uphold and improve nine-year compulsory education system in the rural, reversed the state that there are a lot of illiterates farmers in rural areas, especially in frontier minority areas quickly, to encourage rural adolescents to improve their scientific and cultural level, out of the mountains,broaden their horizons and expand their thinking. Because ideological emancipation is also a way of liberating productive forces. Meanwhile, precision for poverty alleviation should pay more attention to poverty alleviation on spirit culture, the subsidies of agricultural should have the part of agricultural education subsidies,Innovation Fund should have Countryside Agriculture Innovation Fund, the whole society must give support to agricultural development projects on science and technology guidance, personnel and capital, increase support efforts of the "three rural". On the other hand, should be placed on farmers education and training in agricultural production so that farmers can establish long-term awareness of land, use the development vision and high-tech means to carry out farming, focusing on relationship of agriculture and ecological. Know how to give the land a holiday,promote various forms of moderate scale operation, labor productivity, green technology content and competitiveness of agricultural products.
