The Research On The Relationships Between Shaanxi Agricultural Modernization And The Increasing Of Peasants' Income

Increasing income of peasants is the core of the"three rural",the catalyst for sustainable economical development and the tranquilizers of the people'stability.This paper sets Shaanxi province as an example,hope to find the main factors affecting the income of peasants and their contribution in the system of the agricultural modernization, so as to identify the means of raising income of farmers from the view of the agricultural technology.And then realize the goal of changing the developing mode of agricultural economy,promoting the adjustment of economical structure,maintainning steady and rapid development in economy, improving the livelihood of the people and securing them.At first,analyzing the advantages and diadvantages for Shaanxi to develop the modern agriculture,the developing level of agricultural modernization and the condition of farmers'income.Choose the reprensentative and comprehensive indicators,then use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to establish the hierarchy model,structure Matrix and calculate the weight of all levels,so as to construct an evaluation system of the agricultural modernization.Select Zhejiang province as the reference,standardize the various indicators,comparison with the standard value to measure the developing level of Shaanxi's agricultural modernization.Afterwards,establish a theoretical framwork and assume that the agricultural modernization(production conditions,input,output and technology level represented) of Shaanxi has a positive influnce on the increasing of farmers'income,then get the establishment of Cobb-Douglas production function model by deflating datas of 30 years of these four factors and farmers'income and estimate the parameters.The result is that the contribution rate of agricultural modernization to farmers'income is 8%, input and output level is 33% and 18%.While the production condition is -4%.Coefficient of each factor is 0.4,less than 1,which shows the development of positive effect of Shaanxi's agricultural modernization system on the increasing of farmers'income is diminishing size. Combination of normative and empirical analysis,propose the measures and suggestments that adjust the agricultural structure(such as develop distinctive crop of diversification),change the methods of livestock production and furtherly optimize the structure of varieties of fruit industry,get changes in agricultural development (such as build the standard system of agricultural products,improve the ability of processing of agricultural products and speed up the construction of agricultural organization),increase and improve the effect of the financial support for agriculture, nurture new farmers and set up vocational education system,and reconstruct agricultural recycling economy,with the joint development of the mechanized and the labor-intensive gardening resource agriculture.
