With the development of society, the advent of the Internet era, the business environment is becoming increasingly complex, human resources have been the magic weapon for enterprise. Organizational support theory was born in 1986. The theory believes that the relationship between the organization and employee is built on the basis of the principle of reciprocity, if the organization of staff expressed concern and attention, so that employees feel to organizational support, will be more hard work, resulting in higher performance. Employee engagement is of great significance to the enterprise, and can predict employee task performance, and closely related to the company’s operating indicators.This study from the effect of perceived organizational support on employees’ task performance point of view, through the study of the theory and research in related fields of histology, appropriate changes in the basis of the mature scale, compiled a questionnaire in Shandong, Beijing, Jiangsu and other enterprises and institutions staff investigation, to carry on the empirical analysis 317 sample data, the final conclusion:perceived organizational support and employee task performance dimension is significantly related to perceived organizational support and employee engagement and its three-dimensional and two-dimensional correlation, and the two dimensions of employee engagement and employee task performance is positively related to employee engagement in perceived organizational support and employee task performance play an important intermediary role.Based on the above research conclusion, the author puts forward management to the following recommendations: humane atmosphere for the enterprise culture construction,full of trust and authorization, focus in future training management and ongoing staff communication, the establishment of a fair promotion mechanism.
