So far,whether the enterprise can continue to profit and improve the market competitiveness is inseparable from the dedication of the employees.The degree of the employee dedication is one of the specific manifestations of the enterprise’s competitiveness in the market.How to improve employee dedication,stimulate employee motivation,and make more contributions to the enterprise is the key work of human resource management.In the current concept of humanistic management,whether the organization supports and recognizes the employees ’contributions is a direct factor related to the employees’ dedication to their work.Therefore,improving the employees’ sense of organizational support is an effective means to enhance their dedication.Related theories also confirm that the sense of organizational support plays a certain role in engagement.This paper will study the relationship between the three from the perspective of the influence of organizational support on engagement and with psychological capital as the intermediary variable.Postal Express logistics company is the oldest,the largest scale,the widest network coverage,the most abundant business variety of express logistics service company in China,providing safe,reliable and fast door to door express logistics services for the society.With the evolution of human resource management and related theories,it is proved that employees’ dedication and customer service attitude are positive roles.The higher the dedication,the higher the enthusiasm employees have for work,and they can effectively play and display their theoretical skills,so as to improve the efficient interests of the organization.This paper takes Cou Express H as an example.First,the literature of organizational support,psychological capital and engagement were reviewed and combed,and the models and assumptions of the research were proposed.Secondly,questionnaires were put among the employees of the company,and the recovered data were used for descriptive statistics,reliability and validity test,and difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Finally,to test the hypotheses proposed in the text.The results show that organizational support has some significant positive effects on employee engagement;psychological capital partially positively affects employee engagement;and psychological capital medi.Based on the basis of the research results,combined with the actual situation of our employees,the dedication of our employees is improved from the perspective of organizational support and psychological capital.Provide reasonable suggestions to the company,improve the cohesion of employees,and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
