The personnel management of enterprises has a very important significance to the development of enterprises. The senior management is the core management department. It is not the same as the value of the enterprise. The equity incentive mechanism of the listing Corporation is a powerful weapon for the listing Corporation, especially the senior executives. It can play a role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the staff, reducing the loss of the agency cost, improving the profit and investment value of the enterprise. The equity incentive system can reduce the operating costs of enterprises, mobilize the enthusiasm of workers, improve the efficiency of the company, so as to enhance the competitiveness and cohesion of the enterprise.This paper will take the F Limited by Share Ltd as an example, through in-depth investigation and study, to reveal the specific content and implementation of the mainland Taiwan funded enterprise executives equity incentive policies, and to further analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this policy and the high turnover rate of Mainland personnel. In this paper, the relationship between the company’s senior management and the company’s performance is analyzed through the cross-sectional data of F companyThe full text of the research content are as follows:(1) through the reading of the existing literature, the analysis of the equity incentive mechanism for the modern enterprise, especially for the effectiveness and necessity of the listing Corporation executive management.(2) the actual case study of F company in Taiwan enterprises, the implementation and effect of the equity incentive policies for mainland executives, Taiwan-funded enterprises is analyzed on the problems existing in the implementation of equity incentive policy。(3) using empirical analysis method, to F company as a case, the relationship between the in-depth study of Taiwanese listed companies equity incentive and corporate performance, and for Taiwan listed companies improve business performance of mature theoretical reference.
