In the knowledge economy times,knowledge employees realize the value, meet their needs and bring their energy with their wisdom. Under the new and international situation, the focus is to achieve sustainable development for small and medium sized enterprises. However, knowledge staffs loss phenomenon is very common which causes huge waste of capital investment and hit some important business.Summarizing studies at home and abroad, we divide organizational commitment into emotional commitment, ideal commitment, normative commitment, opportunity commitment, economy commitment, and regard personality characteristics as regulating variable to establish the model of organizational commitment and turnover intention.With the empirical analysis method, the paper studies the differences between personality and organizational commitment, turnover intention, the correlation between organizational commitment and turnover intention.The survey shows that there is the significant difference between personality and organizational commitment, turnover intention in small and medium-sized enterprises,especially for marital status and education background. What’s more, Organizational commitment is negatively related to the turnover intention, especially the emotional commitment, ideal commitment, normative commitment. Finally, the study put forward valuable suggestion based on conclusion.
