Nowadays,knowledge is dominated the development of world economy,knowledge is the enterprise to the survival and development must have the resources,it is highlighted as a carrier of knowledge resources knowledge staff to enterprise's key significance.In our country,the new generation of knowledge employees have walked onto the stage is becoming the main human resources market,they have the knowledge and skills is the enterprise to pursue the valuable resources.But in recent years the social investigation shows that the new generation of knowledge in improving active turnover rate of employees in the workplace,the organization to the enterprise production and human management has brought some trouble and loss.So this group for the new generation of knowledge employees psychological traits,the influence of the turnover intention,job satisfaction is necessary to explore the aspects of research.The present domestic research for a new generation of knowledge-based employees is less,the existing relevant research mainly focused on the job satisfaction of this group of people,and to explore the influence factors of turnover intention.Personality concept originally from psychology,along with the progress of the study of psychology and combining quantitative start and management research.There is a lot of research on the current found that personality traits of factors as a unique individual character characteristic of enterprise employees' job satisfaction and turnover intention have a significant effect.This article from the perspective of personality traits of this research to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover tendency,rich in this group of related research.This article reading reference domestic and foreign relevant scientific literature summary of past scholars research results,on this basis,to Cenozoic knowledge-type employees as the research target group,job satisfaction and the tendency of leaving voluntarily for the research contents of this article,introducing the personality variable study.Build the personality traits,job satisfaction and turnover tendency three variables associated research model,on the basis of which the hypothesis of the study.Adopt the method of empirical data analysis to explore the personality traits of the new generation of knowledge employees with job satisfaction and internal logic connection between active turnover intention.For the enterprise in the new generation of knowledge employees on the job training puts forward some Suggestions.The study of job satisfaction and turnover intention has certain academic value and practical significance.This article altogether is divided into three parts,the first part is expounded the present situation research,to collect the knowledge of new generation of employees and job satisfaction,turnover intention,the definition of personality traits,such as theory of combing and summary.According to the academic achievements of this article put forward research hypothesis and structure;The second part of empirical analysis,on the basis of the former part of the theory,using the SPSS.21.The statistical analysis software in the first place of recycling questionnaire descriptive statistical analysis,and then again to verify the data,the reliability and validity of correlation and regression research on variable and adjust the impact analysis of internal and external control personality traits,more in-depth research of the relationship between the several variables.The third part is the empirical analysis of the results and discussion and Suggestions to the actual management.Through the specific empirical investigation,and analyze the data.In this paper,the following conclusions:(1)the new generation of internal and external knowledge workers in personality can directly control the effect of job satisfaction(2)the new generation of knowledge employees of internal and external control personality can directly affect the active turnover intention(3)locus of personality is able to adjust the work of new generation of knowledge employees personal satisfaction and turnover intention.
