The research on the knowledge capital,human capital investment and enterprise performance of enterprise is in a relatively backward stage in china,which in the comprehensive in-depth study will improve the theory system of human capital investment and enterprise performance and has important practical guiding significance for the management of human resources in Enterprises as well.In the context of the new economic era,China should raise the level of human capital as a fundamental means to improve the efficiency of labor production and increase the income of urban and rural residents.In today's competitive environment,how to gain competitive advantage through continuous innovation has become the focus of enterprise focused.Positive and effective exploitation and utilization of human capital in enterprises can better select innovative ways to improve the efficiency of enterprise technology innovation,provide reference and help enterprises to obtain advantages,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper puts forward the framework and characteristics of knowledge capital structure of feed enterprises.The model examines the relationship between human capital investment,human capital accumulation and human capital and enterprise knowledge capital.It analyzes the impact of human capital investment on enterprise performance and enterprise knowledge capital on the impact of corporate performance,summed up the enterprise intellectual capital to enhance the role of corporate performance.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The main influencing factors of the dynamic capacity of knowledge capital accumulation in feed enterprises include six aspects,one is the operation ability of the enterprises to the new knowledge of forage,and the other is The ability to grasp the market environment,the third is the ability to learn to update,the four is the rapid response capability of enterprises,the five is the organization's ability to improve the organization,the six is the enterprise's flexible response capability.2.The key factors of human capital,customer capital and structural capital,which constitute the knowledge capital of enterprises,have a significant impact on the performance of enterprises.The results of the hypothesis show that there is a positive correlation between customer capital and enterprise structure capital in enterprise intellectual capital;There is a positive correlation between human capital and enterprise structure capital;there is positive correlation between human capital and enterprise structure capital;human capital and enterprise customer capital are positively correlated;customer capital and enterprise performance are positively correlated;human capital and enterprise There is a positive correlation between performance.However,there is no positive correlation between structural capital and firm performance.3.Based on the non-equilibrium panel data of China's listed feed enterprises from 1999 to 2013,the empirical study on the effect of human capital on enterprise performance in China's feed enterprises shows that: for feed enterprises,human performance of feed enterprises,and human capital investment can directly and effectively improve the performance of enterprises.The innovation points of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:1.This paper analysed firstly the structure and characteristics of human capital in different dimensions of the internal and external,professional and administrative,tacit and clear dimensions of the feed enterprises used conceptual model and exploratory factor.2.Explored firstly the indirect effects of knowledge capital accumulation,human capital,structural capital and customer capital on corporate performance and the direct impact of human capital investment on business performance used dynamic capability analysis.3.Studied firstly the direct impact of knowledge capital accumulation on the performance of feed enterprises and the indirect impact of human capital investment and human capital accumulation on enterprise performance.
