Erp In Chinese Enterprises In Applied Research

China has witnessed the rapid development of ERP in recent years. The number of enterprises in China have achieved good results, improved the administrating levels, promoted the business process and strengthened enterprises' competency through the implementation of ERP. On the other hand, because Chinese enterprises and relating persons have some difficulties in understanding and implementing ERP, and in conjunction with the adverse influence from market and media, the successful rate of ERP implementation is much lower compared with the developed nations, to some extent which has not only affected the development and application of ERP in China and the modernization process of Chinese enterprise administration, but the overall development of the Chinese industry and national economy as well. In this context, it is necessary that the thesis give a detailed and thorough analysis and research on the various aspects concerning the ERP application in Chinese enterprises. The thesis consist of six segments.(1) the concept and principle of ERPIn the first segment, the thesis give the concept of ERP and in-depth analysis on ERP principle, introduces the forming process of ERP theory and the functional modules of ERP system, providing the full and complete and systematic understanding of ERP.(2) the application status , the problems and proper solutions of ERP in Chinese enterprisesIn the second segment, the thesis expatiates on ERP application status in Chinese enterprises. The enterprises will meet many difficulties and risks in the process of ERP implementing. It will bring many problems if they can not settle these difficulties and risks. These problems will result in the failure of ERP program. The thesis finds out these problems and proper solutions by analyzing an actual sample.(3) the successful ERP implementing model in Chinese enterprises In the whole process of ERP project, the implementing is the mostimportant part, but it always be ignored easily. The benefit of ERP project lies on the success of implementing. In the third segment, the thesis establishes the successful ERP implementing model in Chinese enterprises, dividing the process into five phases, namely initial phase, preparing phase, simulating operation and customization phase, shifting to operation phase and the new system operation phase.(4) the assessment of ERP implementing results by Chinese enterprises Using the advanced ABCD detecting table, and BenchmarkingPartners' assessment system on ERP project, in the fourth segment, the thesis introduces the multi- factor fuzzy integrated assessment method , it belongs to the fuzzy mathematics, and designs the assessment system of ERP implementing results by Chinese enterprises.(5) a concrete successful exampleIn the fifth segment , the thesis gives an analysis and research on a concrete example to prove the accuracy of the above-mentioned theory.(6) conclusions and expectationsIn the fifth segment, it gives a conclusion of this thesis, and forecast the development of ERP and the research on it in the future. During the research, the thesis combines the theoretical research and demonstration analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, applying fuzzy math theory and method to ERP implementation in Chinese enterprises, which features the innovation to some extent. The achievements of the thesis will offer some references to enterprise administrators who will or are applying ERP and professionals in the field of ERP software.
