First, will culture integration process in the exists of risk is divided into four a level for discussion research, that national level, and enterprise level, and managers level and employees level, and specific analysis this four a level of risk sources and the contains of many factors, building meet China enterprise features of culture integration risk indicators system; second, research method main using levels analysis method and fuzzy integrated evaluation method, through survey questionnaire of form collection expert on China Enterprise overseas merger of classic case of evaluation, combines qualitative research and quantitative research, Evaluation of the case, explained to the reader the importance of cultural integration and cultural integration problems in Chinese enterprises’ overseas mergers and acquisitions; and, finally, for cultural integration at all stages of the merger and the recommendation of the Government, enterprise solutions and solutions aim to promote cultural integration, we hope to improve the success rate of Chinese enterprises’ overseas mergers and acquisitions has some help.
