The Dadi group is a potato starch company for 10 years nearly. From 1995, the company has imported the advanced potato-starch facility from Europe country, and cooperated with Swedish and Danish company. The quality of potato starch keeps ahead in domestic industry and has powerful competitive ability in international market. The company net income keeps a higher degree for a long time.For recent years, the domestic environmental factors of potato starch have changed a lot. On the one hand, the domestic factories built more product lines in order to keep more market share; on the other hand, Europe countries have abolished the subsidy policy gradually and European multinational corporation enter into Chinese market to pursue new client and own more profit. This paper included the environmental analysis of potato starch industry, competitive analysis and capability analysis of Dadi group. Based on the analysis above, this paper analyzed the preceding strategic scheme further and put forward the statement about the strategy of Dadi group.
