| In today’s society,knowledge-based economy dominated,economic globalization,in such a rapidly changing social and economic background,it is more complex for company’s survival and development,greatly increasing competition and uncertainty.Therefore,it is of great significance for the enterprise to development strategies to respond to market pressures and to survive and get more developments.The construction industry is the basis for the development of China’s national economic construction industry and the main force of China’s economic and social development,it plays a vital role.As a labor-intensive industry,the construction industry is facing excessive competition and market capacity increases profits have diminished the status quo,increasing pressure to survive.Construction company who provides homogeneity of similar services on the market,is facing an urgent problem that is how to survive and get more developments in the fierce competition market.Based on strategic management and enterprise management theory and methods,taken the Dadi construction group as the research object,the paper firstly analyzes the related theory on strategic management,lay the foundation for analysis back.From the political and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment,technical environment,analyses the Dadi construction group external environment,and from the present situation and the problems of the company,analyses the company internal environment.On the basis of analysis above,the paper formulated the general development strategy,competition strategy and functional strategy for the Dadi construction group.At the same time,from ideological and cultural awareness,develop international market and human resources management,the paper put forward the concrete implementation measures,in order to improve its in the fierce market competition in advantage.We hope that this paper can also provide a certain reference and help for the similar construction enterprise’s development and reform. |
