For almost a century,the modify Starch industry as a rising industry starts rapidly in the world. With the rise of human life level and quality, reducing the non-renewable resources in the world,accompanying the emphasis of environmental protection, MocUfied starches are widely used in various industries because of its good properties, low cost, non-pollution, and environmental-friendlinest and so on. All theth have brought both opportunities and challenges thmodify starch industry, which is an essential ingredient supplied in food industry. Therefore, howth analyze the current environment, competing status and th adopt the light marketing strategies and tactics have become an urgent task. This study can also provide useful reference th Senterprise and other companies who have developed or intend to develop the industry.This article is divided into five parts,first of all, the study points out the background;secondly,the related theorfes are reviewed, such as:.4C,4P,4Rj marking theoiy and strategic management theory, SWOT analysis; Next, this paper introduces the present situation and problems of the Senterprise.; Last but not least, it analysis the enterprise marketing environment from the respect of macro-environment,micro-environment and intra source and also tell the shength and weakness of S enterprise.The end the thesis applies the SWOT theory th analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity, threat of current situation of S enterprise. The article suggests the corresponding new marketing strategy, in order to help S enterprise transit successflly.
