Marketing is much more important for the modern enterprises, especially to the new companies in China.This article examines the garment brand of Falanton corporation and put forward the general marketing strategies on the basis of macro-micro analysis and SWOT,and also the article examines the formation of objection market and position. The practical marketing strategy has been set up: license league, marketing as per practical demand and career suits and their net marketing.To strengthen the products management and promotion, the article put forward the product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, promoting strategy, customer relationship management(CRM) and relationship marketing.To market smoothly, the article also examines the allocation of commodity, stock management, the evaluation of marketing personnel and inner auditing.
