FDI(foreign direct investment) and export trade are two most important economical activities in developing host countries, and they are associated with each other closely. It has theoretical and realistic significance to study the influence deeply about FDI to these developing host countries such as China. There are four departments associated with each other to expound the influence of FDI to them. That is: theoretical overview about relationship between FDI and international trade; theoretical analysis of specific path and effect about FDI to export trade in developing host countries; sample analysis of influence about FDI to sum of export trade, composition of export goods and direction of export trade; and main problems or corresponding suggestions about FDI to accelerate export trade of China. I try to get innovation in five aspects: The first is to clear up and abstract the correspondence between FDI and international trade, that is substitution, complementary, compensatory and periodicity; The second is theoretical analysis about direct and indirect path of FDI influencing export in developing host country from; The third is to analyses the three types of FDI influencing export trade; The fourth is to express the influence FDI to three typical countries (Korea, Mexico and China) with a lot of samples; The fifth is, especially from acceleration development of export trade aspect, to analyses main problems about FDI in China and give instructive suggestion.
