Impact Analysis Of Export Tax Rebates On Export Trade In China

In recent years,China’s export trade develops at hign speed. All sorts of policy are introduced to guide the export trade to develop healthily and sustainably. The export tax rebate policy is one of the best important macro-control policy. The development of export trade isn’t only emphasized the amount any more,the adjustment of export structure and optimization of induxtrial structure need to be a great deal of realistic consideration. The structure adjustment of export tax rebate has a major effect on the structure adjustment of export trade. In2008,China’s export trade has been hit heavily by the global financial crisis,the stimulative effect of export tax rebate on the export trade is very important.The article summed up the evolution of China’s export tax rebate policy,summarized the development course of china’s export tax rebate and the export trade. Application of demand-supply model for analysis of the influence of the export tax rebate on export trade,the implementation of export tax rebate policy led to the change of the price of the export commodity,thus affect the change of the market’s demand and eventually affect the export trade. Through the research on the export commodity total cost and from the differentiation of export tax rebate policy proceed with,explain that the export tax rebate rate and export total cost negatively correlated,and that the export tax rebate rate and the structure of export commodity supply are positively correlated. From long-term looking,the adjustment of companies’economic behavior cause the demand and price changes of the productive factors on the market,and eventually gain the target to optimize the resource constribution and adjust the industrial structure.The paper presents the data of the amount of china’s export tax rebate and export trade from1985to2009, and by which to make the correlation analysis. Application of Eviews software to extablish the linear regression equation and make regression analysis,then draw the conclusion:the amount of export tax rebate and export trade have highly positive correlation. The change of the amount of export tax rebate affect the amount of export trade directly,and the export tax rebate policy influent the china’s export trade directly. In addition,there is the delay effect between the export tax rebate and export trade,and the adjustment of export tax rebate will impact on the export trade in the next few years.From the cointegration analysis results,the export tax rebate and export are in long-term equilibrium relationship.The paper make the correlation analysis between China’s export tax rebate and export structure,and between China’s export tax rebate and the competitiveness of hi-tech products,then draw the conclusion;China’s export structure and export tax rebate have positive correlation,and the competitiveness and export tax rebate have significant positive correlation.The export tax rebate policy influent the export structure directly.At last,the article points out the problems of China’s export tax rebate policy at present and propose suggestions.
