Baby-sitters (the persons who nurse babies) are those who attend to and educate babies aged from 0 to 3. This job is the new developing one to meet the needs of the early-aged education development in our country.By the sample investigation of baby-sitters in Nanjing, the article shows the core problems: the deficiency in professional knowledge and lack of committal spirit, unitary sexual structure and instability of the working team of baby-sitters. Based on the detail analysis of the problems existing, the author sets the objectives of the working team construction with excellent quality, proper structure, enough babysitters and relative steady. Finally, it points out the suggestions and strategies from five aspects which are following: 1. establishing various system to enforce the management of baby-sitters; 2.increasing training and education to advance their quality; 3.trying all ways to motivate the babysitters' growth; 4. strengthening education propagates to build the well atmosphere; 5. enhancing scientific research to improve the nursing quality. |
