The retail industry in china has achieved a lot and the supermarkets develop rapidly for over 20 years of the fulfillment of the policy of the opening and reforming. Comparing with the foreign supermarkets, however, it has spatial differences in size, profit and strength. It makes great practical significance to analyze the present condition, problems, development patterns and the respondent measures, then, improve the profit of the supermarkets in china.The paper includes the following contents.First, analyze the present conditions and problems of Chinese China-supermarkets and understand clearly the important point and the trends. Second, analyze the influence factors, which include internal and external factors, macro and micro factors. As a result of above analysis, we can know clearly the advantage and disadvantage and find the opportunity, then, based on which, we can select the successful supermarket pattern. Third, analyze the particular patterns in the foreign countries and China. Fourth, analyze three patterns of the chain supermarkets in China, including the presupposition conditions and the influence factors and the problems to which need to pay close attention as well as the application range of every pattern. Last but not least, put forward the measures and suggestions, which divide six aspects for the developing purpose.
