With the chain supermarket becoming more and more important in some supply chain, the chain supermarket is the key enterprise in the supply chain has come into being and develops constantly. The quality of the performance that the chain supermarket reflects determines the future of the whole of supply chain. Thus, the performance evaluation of the chain supermarket becomes another key research field.After making a research about development course and appraisal method and contrasting appraisal goal, this paper takes the enterprise value maximization as the chain supermarket performance appraisal goal and proposes new BSC system which is based on stakeholder theory. The new BSC system is a general index system which contains quota items and qualitative items, financial items and non-finance items. Then the research makes practical analysis on the index system and revised it. The thesis has been discussed in six chapters.The first chapter introduces the chain supermarket background, analyzes problems and challenges which chain supermarket encounters under the environment of SCM and proposes the main idea, routine and meaning of the research.The second chapter mainly elaborates the theory on SC and SCM, and then makes a conclusion about the operation characteristic of chain supermarket under the environment of SCM.The third chapter has analyzed the existence flaw about enterprise achievements appraisal goal of the presently "shareholder value maximization" and the Balanced Scorecard, proposes the new BSC index appraisal system which is based on stakeholder theory and takes the enterprise value maximization as the enterprise performance appraisal goal. This system contains five perspectives: financial condition, market management, internal management, innovation and learning, government. After combining the characteristic of chain supermarket and consulting relative paper, this research has exploited 44 items under the five perspectives.The fourth chapter firstly uses describing statistic analysis and item analysis in pre-test to delete some less important indexes. The left 29 indexes enteres official test. Then the performance measurement system has been perfected by factor analysis, and then evaluated by reliability analysis and applicability analysis through the data of official test. Finally the paper constructes the scientific and integrated performance measurement system which contained internal service operation level, innovation and learning, financial condition, outside operation relationship management and government relationship management, 20 indexes in all.The fifth chapter determines the importance right of each item by the linear method, then quantifys all the items and made them normalization, and develops an evaluative model.And the last chapter is a conclusion for the whole thesis.
