| Virtual manufacturing technology is a new technology that developed in 1990's, it is based on imitating reality and computer emluating technology, a realization of real manufacturing technology on computer. By analyzing the background and attributes of it, it's not only an advanced manufacturing tech, but also an advanced manufacturing concept. This new tech points out the way for the development of manufacturing industry, reduces resource waste and lies the foundation for green manufacturing, thus creates a n integration and optimization of manufacturing industry it never experienced before, provides a wider space for the development of advanced manufacturing tech, is a important period in developing manufacturing tech we can't overlook. Based on this, considering the condition of manufacturing industry in our country, this thesis analyzes the key factors of the realization of virtual manufacturing tech, points out it is suitable to the development of manufacturing industry of our country, has an attracting perspective. So it proposes to proceed from the real condition of the manufacturing industry of our country ,regard information tech as the base, the need from the enterprises as the drive, coordinates with the government's policies and plans, creates both inner and outer environment for the development of manufacturing tech, gradually develop virtual manufacturing technology in our country. |
