This chapter divides the new energy automobileindustry chain into four areas. They are technology research, production, marketingand consume support, after-sales service and support facilities building. It givesseveral valid paths to the future development of new energy vehicles in shanghai bycombining with the real situation in Shanghai, as well as foreign advanced excellentexperience in this filed.Based on the above research, this paper finally reaches a conclusion which isabout the effective paths to the future development strategy of new energy vehicles inShanghai. As follows: Promote the integration of resources and establish the industryalliances in the technology research area.
