China's Foreign Trade Enterprise Financial Risk Management Study

The changeable social & economical environment,fierece competition and unpredictable events may cause the risks effecting the operation of enterprises.It is vital for enterprises to enhance their ability against disturbing and crisis,and the ability of its predicting and precaution system against crisis.The foreign trade companies,for its more complicated environment,the managenent on financial crisis is more important,according to the International Daily(March 29th),a debits over $100 billion could not be withdrawn when the I/E was raising after the entry of WTO. However, according the author,few researchs have been imposed on the foreign trade fininancial crsis even though many essays have been written on the subject of financial crisis.This dissertation describes the background, and makes a clarification on the conception of financial risk,financial risk management and foreign trade company.And reviews the history and nowadays situation of the research on financial research.Based on the contents above,this dissertation presents the researching content and researching method adopted.Then it uncovered the situation of financial risk of Chinese foreign trade companies.Based on the research,a designment of Chinese foreign trade financial risk management system is proposed to the most serious three problems,that is,the risk of debits receivable,exchange rate crisis and crisis of financial instrument and explains its operating mechanism,and at final,the assessment system on the availability of Chinese foreign trade financial risk management system is emposed.
