With the rapidly grow up of china automobile marketing, There are a big expanding development of china automobile industry in the future. But there are so many problems in the distribution channel. In recent years, an important sales mode-"4S Automotive Dealership Marketing" have developed rapidly all over the country, but there are short of "software" such as: sales management customer management services management etc. So how to set up a perfect management system is critical important.In this article, I will profoundly discuss this issue and determine to develop a system including standard sales flow and management tools. This system will fit our automotive dealership marketing, which is still in leading strings. This system will absorb the core and soul of theory, such as "Customer Relationship Management Business Process Reengineering Integrated Marking Communications and Core Competence" etc. In this article, we will develop "sales card" "customer card' "sales card box" and lots of management information posting board to help the automobile manufacture operate their brand monopolized shop high-efficiently. Also we will teach the sales representative how to communicate with the consumer professionally how to retain the customer and how to improve "customer satisfaction" and "customer loyalty".So this article is a reference for Chinese 4S Automotive Dealership Marketing and It is a useful discussing for our automobile industry.
