| The state-owned resource enterprise of our country generally face a series of problems at the present stage. It's surviving and development have restricted by various kinds of factors, the whole trade faces enormous crisis. To resolve the problem of the state-owned resource enterprises, the separation of the auxiliary body from the main body is the important task.The separation of the auxiliary body from the main body of The state-owned resource enterprises have it's own particularity. This article establishes (in view of this type enterprises' characteristic) a separation of the auxiliary body from the main body model based on the connection-benefit analysis. This model divide the auxiliary capital into four areas,and had design a specific method for each kind of auxciliary capital .As one of the large-and-middle-scale state-owned resource enterprises, it is the prerequisite that the Shuikoushan group company realizes the next strategic objective to accelerate the reform work. Before designing the reform scheme of the Shuikoushan group company, I have applied strategic analysis methods such as SWOT and the matrix of BCG to analyse the external macro environment and trade enveronment, the internal key resources as well as the competitive superiorities. And this paper's use the connection-bebefit analysis to draw up a plan for system reform of separation of the auxiliary body from the main body.The most urgent and important problem that the reform of our country faces is the state-owned enterprises reform at the present stage.But there is no enough experience for the system reform of the state-owned enterprises and for the state-owned resource enterprises especially. So, I hope the research on shuikoushan group company separation of the auxiliary body from the main body and research that reform system of complementing etc can offer to national resource type correctly in the paper. And the research can offer some reference to all the state-owned enterprises reform. |
