Enterprise Knowledge Management Innovation System

Knowledge management plays an active role for the enterprises in meeting the discontinued environmental change with the increasing inclination and strengthening its organizing adaptability as well as the capability of survival and competition. When Making a general survey of the rapid changes in economical and social environment around the world in the past few years, we find that the enterprises are facing challenges from great to great, enterprise innovation ability day by day clear to show great significance of the continuous development of enterprise and it is necessary to establish the enterprises' innovative system of knowledge management.Basing on the definition of innovation, this thesis has explained the traditional concept of the enterprise's innovative ability and has founded an innovative mode of enterprises based on knowledge. Also it has redefined enterprise's innovation ability in terms of knowledge and holds that this kind of ability is an organic system made up with the ability of learning, knowledge sharing, knowledge creativity and knowledge integration. The thesis has designed the operative frame on the basis of the analysis above, for the innovative system of enterprise's knowledge management and explained its operation mechanism. This system has expounded some relevant questions combined with the enterprise's strategy in information management; and has described the organizational foundation —a learning organization—for the innovation system of knowledge management in the angle of organization. It has accordingly established a field of knowledge creation from the physical space and the spiritual space, an incentive mechanism aimed at effectively promoting the knowledge sharing and a system of assessing the index in information management. Finally, by some investigations of current operative situation in information management towards a certain electric general enterprise which is the attachment the department of information industry and situates in the northwest region, this thesis hasanalyzed some important problems of the enterprise existing in its management system for knowledge, and has summarized some measures from the individual case in order to strengthen the management for knowledge assets and to improved the enterprise's ability of competition.
