In all the process of technical knowledge management of hi-tech enterprise, the technical knowledge management of innovation process is an important link. It contains sharing and diffusion, integration and innovation, learning and the accumulation three parts. It plays a vital role on technical knowledge spread in organization quickly, accelerate the accumulation of technical knowledge management, and achieve innovation of technical knowledge ultimately. Technical innovation is the key factor to high-tech enterprise’s development. Therefore, it is a important issue for hi-tech enterprise to learn technical knowledge quickly, to achieve technical knowledge sharing and diffusion efficient, to get innovation through integration effective.This paper follows the rule of combination of theory and practice, the method of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. It bases on ecology concepts and principles, then, analysis the sharing and diffusion, integration and innovation, learning and accumulation of technical knowledge in high-tech enterprises’s innovation process, then put forward management measures to the issue through establish an ecology model or mechanism. The main contents include:(1) Feasibility analysis on technical knowledge management of high-tech enterprise which based on ecology principles. First, proposed the ecology concepts and principles. Second, showed the ecology characteristics of technical knowledge and management systems of high-tech enterprises. Third, expound why technical knowledge management of high-tech enterprises can draw on ecological principles, that provide the feasible basis for the below research.(2) Identify the direct factors that affect technical knowledge sharing and diffusion in an organization, that is:the inputs of sharing and diffusion, the willingness of sharing; the ability to learn; the method of sharing and diffusion. Through system dynamics to build four sub-system model to find out the constraint feedback loop. Based on ecology principles improve the sharing and diffusion of technical knowledge, put forward appropriate management measures, and use system dynamics to give sensitivity analysis on the measures effect, to provide scientific basis for the management of technical knowledge sharing and diffusion of high-tech enterprises.(3) The research on technical knowledge integration and innovation of high-tech enterprises through the colony and co-evolution characteristics of ecosystem. First, analysis the connotation of integration and innovation of technical knowledge in ecological perspective, and divide the different types. Second, build the coordination mechanism model of technical knowledge integration through the ecology principle. Third, divide the continuing innovation of technical knowledge of high-tech enterprises through the principles of genetic recombination and mutation. Finally, analysis the formation and the causes of technical innovation rigidity core of mutant innovative, put forward some countermeasures and built the system dynamics model and give sensitivity analysis, to provide scientific basis to high-tech enterprises while overcome the rigidity core of technological innovation.(4) Based on the principles of biological evolution, energy storage and metabolism to research technical knowledge learning and accumulation of high-tech enterprises. First, analysis the connotation, process and source of technical knowledge learning and accumulation through ecology perspective. Second, put forward five mechanisms which can promote technical knowledge learning and accumulation, and analyze their synergistic effect. Third, based on the principle of energy storage to build technical knowledge learning countermeasure combination which can promote the efficiency of technical knowledge learning and accumulation.(5) Case Analysis...
