As the key connection between producer and final customer, retail industry is pivotal in national economy and people life. With the all-sided open of Chinese retail market, domestic retailers' survival and development are confronted with the double challenges caused by alien retailers and new business styles, and then the research on the influencing factors of retail corporation growth begin to be put much more attention. The article researches the influencing factors of retail-listed corporation growth in statistical method, using empirical data.First, the article reviews the research results on the influencing factors of corporation growth made by domestic and alien researchers, including the summary on the effects of scale, life cycle, finance restriction, corporation learning, age, geographical location, manager's motivation, etc and the summing-up on domestic research results.Second, being based on the review about development of Chinese retail industry, the article summaries the present actuality in Chinese retail industry. Primary descriptive analysis is implemented, regarding the whole retail-listed companies as a whole and covering the aspects of corporation growth, earning ability, capital structure, operation status, business style difference and geographic difference, etc. Individual growth of listed corporation is analyzed briefly, and descriptive results are summarized.Third, brief summary on influencing factors of retail-listed corporation is done, and the integrated appraisal model on growth of retail-listed companies is built, based on the Difference Driven Theory. The correlation between growth and the factors, which includes earning ability, operation ability, scale, etc, is analyzed. In addition, multi-regression analysis on influencing factors is made, based on factor analysis of financial influencing factors.At the end, suggestions on how to improve Chinese retail-listed corporation growth is provided, according to the empirical results; the shortages of article andfuture research direction are listed.
