Recently, business environment has been changed a lot and the requirements of market are transiting to diversity and customization quickly. According to Times Magazine, it is anticipated that developed nations will access to the era of leisure in 10 to 15 years and followed by developing countries. In the era of leisure, customers' demand for great "experience" will increase. The Experience Economy will, as well, step into historical stage and play a vital role. In the Experience Economy, people enjoy not only the things, but also the experience.The paper studies the innovation and adjustment of business strategy based on the Experience Economy, which is a new economy stage. The paper discusses the new business development model and strategy through analyzing the application of Experience Economy idea into business strategy. Combining the traditional theories of business strategy with the core theory of Experience Economy, the paper does an innovative research on business value chain. Meanwhile, through introduction of New Business Model, the writer proposes business value strategy model, which is designed as V (NBM, T, S, P). The new designed model infuses new ideas into traditional business strategy theory. The main content of the paper are as follows:Firstly, the paper explains correlated theories to experiences economy and analyzes the impact of consuming changes on business development strategy, based on the essential theory of Experience Economy. At the same time, reviewing the traditional theories of business strategy, discussing the new trend of strategy progress, the paper analyses and studies the correlation between Experience Economy and business strategy.The main body of the thesis introduces Walters' New Business Model (NBM) and proposes business value strategy model, which is designed as V (NBM, T, S, P) based on the Experience Economy through creative research on traditional value chain and business strategy models. The business value strategy model tries to employ the Experience Economy factors to the amendatory business strategy model and verify the new business model helps businesses acquire comparative advantage as a whole and improve the Core Competence. As a result, it helps corporations withdraw the new profitable elements and benefit to long-term development. Then, through study on thedevelopment strategy of Starbucks International Corporation, the thesis demonstrates the validity of business value strategy model V (NBM, T, S, P).In conclusion, the writer argues that employing the Experience Economy ideas into business strategy designing will direct the development of businesses. The requirement of experiences is the right new direction for business development. The thesis is the first to conduct research on the background of Experience Economy. The results could be used for reference for China's corporations to enhance the new profitable factors and try for the long-term development.
