With the integration of the world economy and the globalization of the market competition, especially after Chinese WTO entry, the automotive industry and automotive logistics industry has entered a golden age of development. New trends of motor industry such as information, agile-rization and flexibility bring forward new challenge to the automotive logistics enterprises' service capacity. How automotive logistics enterprises to meet market demand and improve the services level has become an urgent researched topic. Basing on customer needs, this paper takes the dynamic thinking into the service capabilities researching of automobile logistics enterprises, and brings forward the improvement extent in accordance with the development level of the industry. Finally, taking example for automotive logistics enterprise, the paper carries out a demonstration analysis.If automotive logistics enterprises want to adapt the fierce market competition, they must be have a clear understanding on the development of the market situation, the needs of customers and the service level of the whole industry. At the same time, pertinently improving their service capability is the requirements of supply chain management. It is propitious to strengthen the strategic relations with the partnership, and advance a healthy and mature development of the whole automotive industry. Clearly, optimization researching of automotive logistics enterprises' service ability has a very important practical significance.The thesis has six chapters, the main content as following:The first chapter is introduction. Firstly, this chapter states the purpose and research necessity, and adequately analysis the research significance of automotive logistics enterprises' service ability. Then it gives a brief review of research and study on logistics enterprises' service ability in our country and abroad. In conclusion, it introduces the contents and technical route.The second chapter introduces the automobile logistics enterprises' present situation. This chapter summarizes the development Status and trends of China's automobile third-party logistics services industry, discusses the competition environment in the market that China's automobile third-party logistics industry is facing and automobile manufacturing industry take the new requirement to the logistics enterprises' service capacity. It sums up the problems of automobile logistics enterprises and development strategies. The third chapter introduces quality function deployment (QFD) and related theory. This chapter briefly discusses the QFD theory and the application in the service Design fields. Then it discusses the feasibility the QFD idea has applying for a third party automotive logistics enterprises' services capacity optimization. At the same time, it briefly discusses the dynamic QFD theory based on BP neural network, giving the theoretical basis to later analysis.Chapter four, the dynamic QFD method based on BP neural network determine optimization indicators. This chapter taking A automobile logistics enterprise as an example, establish the house of quality for customer needs and service capabilities, and establish a dynamic systems through BP neural network. Then it analyzes the changes trend of market demand, gets the service targets' weights through simulation, then determines the indexes that be badly need for solving.Chapter five, linear programming model based on one-dimensional house of quality determine improvement degree. First, it discusses the linear programming model based on one-dimensional house of quality, and then makes quantitative analysis to the indexes need optimized of A automobile logistics enterprise and the standard enterprise, finally, builds the house of quality and linear programming model to get the for the improvement degree.The sixth chapter is summa and outlook. Outlines the main conclusions of this thesis, points out problems need to be study.This paper from the view of services design, driven by client needs, brings forward a new idea that evaluating and improving automotive logistics enterprises' services ability. At the same time of learning from the experience of predecessors, it gives a brief discussion combining service design idea and QFD on how automotive logistics enterprises improve the services level. Its innovative thinking is embodied in the following areas:(1). In allusion to selected enterprise's characteristics, the paper establishes the QFD system of the automotive manufacturing enterprise logistics demand indexes and automotive logistics enterprise services indexes, and through customer survey gives reasonable index weights, builds house of quality correlation matrix.(2). Combine the QFD theory and BP neural network, establish a dynamic QFD model, and provide theory method for third-party automobile logistics enterprises quickly responding to future market developments.(3). Through giving quantitative analysis to the automotive logistics enterprise services capacity indexes and building linear programming model, the paper improve the condition that containing many qualitative factors in traditional evaluation methods, and provide feasible theory method for improving the services level of third party automotive logistics enterprise.
