With the rapid development of banking industry opening andfinancial system reforming in China, the competition betweencommercial banks becomes violent. It is of vital importance that incomestructure of commercial bank in China is adjusted and adapted tochanging operating and improving method quickly, making strategicadjustment to operating structure, improving operating earning, andenhancing core competitive power.In this paper, comparing with income structure of Chinese andforeign commercial bank, prefers the suggestion of reforming incomestructure with the operation of bank to help the development ofcommercial banks in China.
