This text uses the method of the comparative institutional analysis to systematically carry on research on the key problems of China's stock market and tries hard to have breakthrough on the basis of contrasting development histories of China and America stock markets. Textual frame is as follows:The first part is a preface part. This part mainly gives a simple description of the current condition of China's stock market and illustrates the existing problems of stock market in brief.The second part is mainly about the meaning of the comparative institutional analysis. In this part, is describes the main contents and methods of the comparative institutional analysis, analyzes the rationality and advantages in analyzing China's stock market by means of the comparative institutional analysis, and carries on a brief comment on these researches.The third part compares the development progresses between China's stock market and that of America. First, it depicts the development histories of the two countries' stock markets respectively. Then, it gives the differentiation of the two markets in comparison with various data. Finally, it summarizes the differences and their institutional origin of the two stock markets between China and America.The fourth part interprets behaviors of respective participants of the market by use of Game Theory, carries on analysis of different phases of development of China's stock market, studies the internal factors of China's development process, and gives analysis of some special circumstances of China's stock market with the method of the Game analysis.The fifth part is the parts of conclusion and the suggestion. Through the analysis of the development process and the present condition of China's stock market, it puts forward corresponsive policy suggestions according to the analysis and treatise of previous parts.
