| After the interim of China's entering into WTO, Chinese local retailing market has been totally opened to foreign investments. Many Chinese retailing companies are under the strong pressure, especially for private-owned companies. If the private-owned companies intend to win in the fierce competition, the most important step is to build corporate culture.This paper is about how to build their corporate culture in private-owned companies. There are four chapters in this paper. Chapter 1 mainly talks about what corporate culture is and the relationship between the corporate culture and business development. The author figures out that the corporate culture is very important to the private-owned company to improve their core competence. Chapter 2 discusses the related issues about corporate culture development of Chinese private-owned companies at present. In chapter 3, the author detailed describes the suggested procedures of building corporate culture in owned-private companies. The author reviews the whole paper in last chapter. |
