The private-owned enterprises have become an important economic force in our national economy, undergoing more than 20 years of development, are playing a important role to promote the national economic growth of our country , alleviate the pressure on employment , improve the living standards of the people and keep the social stability etc. While private economy rises vigorously, it is a irrefutable fact that the private-owned enterprise is " short-lived " and the scale is limited, therefore, it has a deep theory meaning and realistic meaning how to solve these problems.This text thinks that the construction of the private-owned enterprise culture is the core competitiveness of training enterprises. The private-owned enterprise which want to make big and strong further and realize evergreen businesss after establishing period development, must foster advanced corporate culture and constant improving, so as to come to promote the improvement of productivity to promote the development of enterprise finally with cultural strength , strengthening the international competitiveness of enterprises, this is a trend of business administration of the world, it is the common understandings of a lot of farsighted entrepreneurs too.
