Private Enterprise Culture Construction

In an age of knowledge economy and market globalization, the competition is becoming more and more fierce. In the contest, the enterprises pay more attention to the brand, the prestige, the talents and the culture than to the product, the service and the cost, etc. Culture is being concerned as a significant factor for the survival and sustainable development of enterprises.First of all, the culture mechanism is stated in the thesis from the aspect of implication, characteristic, constitution, manifestation and function. Furthermore, it is clarified that adaptive culture, which is rooted in the characteristics and actual needs of enterprises, plays an important role on strengthening competitive ability and keeping sustainable development. It effectively strengthens the sense of belonging and mission, stimulates the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the staff, thus enhance the core competence.Secondly, in view of the phenomenon that many of the private-owned enterprises could not survive from the market competition, this thesis conducts an in-depth analysis into the major problems from the culture angle and elaborates the necessity of culture construction. For an enterprise to excel in business, it must be equipped with excellent management ideas and ideology. Management ideology is the image of an enterprise; different enterprises are distinguished by their ideology in terms of their inward goals and characteristics. Taking AnCheng Company as an example, this thesis highlights the importance of building adaptive culture and makes proposals accordingly.This thesis also reviews misconceptions with regard that how to understand culture and how to build adaptive culture, arguing that the enterprises should develop a holistic understanding of culture and construct a strategic adaptive culture system to make foundation for the realization of business target and sustainable development of the enterprises.
