This article analyses the innovation of Haier's management, including the theory of thestrategic management, the distance view of enterprise mission, and the strategy of enterpriseanalysis. Haier Group is carrying out this innovation of the management.In the aspect of the organization structure, the innovation has built a new departmentsystem and market chain which are particularly had by Haier. The SBU theory of Haier isthat each person is a boss, has his or her own market goal. It changes the relationshipbetween the employers and the employees. It also makes everybody face the market directly.The operation of the SBU theory makes everyone be a MMC, be the boss of themselves, andconnect their incomes with the market effect. It can help the enterprises surmount theirdiseases.This paper displays some management methods of the latest Haier theory "people isorder, order is people", which means everybody has his or her own order, takes theresponsibility for the order, in the other side, each order has a people to take theresponsibility of the order;in the other side each order has a person to take the responsibility.Many order turns out to be an "orphan order", because of no operation of any person. Thatleads to the result of overstock. The further improvement of the SBU theory and itsrealization is the "T" Model. If Haier wins in the market competition by the "POOP" theory,the realization pattern is "T" model. T is the first character of the words Time and Target.Under this model, everyone of each department knows what to do and how much to do.This paper utilizes the Haier's management innovation to study the theory of "T" model,in the purpose of that Haier can summary the studies to promote its theoretical altitude. Andit is also for other enterprises to refer to.
