Economic globalization is now going through a new stage of development,restructuring and reorganization of the structure of the global economy industries such global industry has shifted from manufacturing to service,BPO has become an important trend in the global services industry.With the increasingly fierce competition in the global telecommunications equipment,meanwhile,Supply Chain is going to become globalization,which made growth and profitability for telecom equipment industry be more complexity.In order to focus more on the core competitiveness of the supply chain,better to improve efficiency?saving cost,turn important shift for the entire supply chain processes,N company made a BPO decision on the supply chain.This thesis takes N enterprise as research object under BPO environment,do a deeply analysis on how to use and develop effectively.In this paper,use literature research to understand the applications and advantanges for supply chain management under BPO model;Via investigate and analysis for N company background to make a clear direction of development and choice of the supply chain strategy;According to the theory of outsourcing,connect with current order management process under BPO model,together with service quality requirement undet BPO model,focusing on the gap between outsourcing and standization for order management;Via site inverstigation?customer santisfaction analysis and quantitative data analysis methods,poit out shortcomings for the current order management,use fishbone diagram analysis to find out the root cause behind a series of questions,which are low accuracy for order system operation?N company lose transparent management on the orders?Service Quality Management metrics data lack of objectivity and customer satisfaction is not high.On this basis together with outsourcing of supply chain management theory,take out targeted solutions: professional system knowledge training to improve competence on the order management;build up effective and transparent communication tool;Innovation and automation development to improve effiency to meet good customer santisfaction.Supply Chain Outsourcing is essentially made based on logistics outsourcing system,there is few studies on the order management in the whole supply chain management outsourcing.In this thesis make a brief analysis on problems and improvement points for order management in the supply chain management under BPO model,finally hope to improve supplier performance management,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Meanwhile,hope can provide some reference to the enterprise who has similar order management business under BPO model.
