| The development of global economy proves that small and mediumenterprises in industrial clusters can establish a competitive partnerrelationship of distinct division of labor and close cooperation, foster thedelivery of information and creative methods, and get the enterprises and theirindustries to gain competitive advantages. In China, during the long period of textile development, regionalindustrial clusters have come into being. This paper gives a brief introductionto clusters and cluster theories, describes the developing history of clusters,our country's and Zhejiang's textile industry as well as several typical caseson textile industry clusters, and analyzes the circumstance of clusters and thekey elements consisting of cluster competitive advantages. In recent years, bymaking use of market spontaneous system and efficient government guidingas well as comparing different advantages, many coastal cities includingZhejiang have fostered the textile industrial clusters into a rapid developmentand accelerated regional economic growth and the industrial wholedevelopment. However, the textile and clothing market hasn't get rid of thesituation of export-orientation abroad and low and medium rankproducts-orientation at home. Besides, the export price tends to decrease yearby year too. For one part, the reason of causing the situation is relevant to theinternational circumstance and the global industry chain, but mostly it is theproblem of the enterprises poor creative ability and the products low addingvalue. On basis of this, this paper analyzes Zhejiang's developing formula oftextile industrial clusters as well as the basis of industry competitiveadvantages, puts forward a strategy of improving creatively Zhejiang's textileindustrial clusters' competitive advantages, and makes some counteracts andrelevant suggestion as well. Anyway, only if the core of the industrial clusters improves the resourcesclustering levels and carries out creative strategies, it can improve theclusters' competitive advantages, and truly establish its ability of transformingfrom "Zhejiang manufacture" to "Zhejiang creation" . |
